The organization, with operations in the United States and Latin America, is established as a technical educational institution to promote the involvement of men and women in the chaplaincy ministry, teaching and training them to provide professional counseling to individuals with special circumstances and needs for spiritual guidance and counseling.

The program trains leaders in the Chaplaincy Ministry, teaching them the foundations, strategies, and requirements of the Ministry in its various specialties, with an emphasis on police, hospital, prison and social work chaplaincy. The program offers the skills to minister to people in need of spiritual and emotional help: those grieving
The program trains leaders in the Chaplaincy Ministry, teaching them the foundations, strategies, and requirements of the Ministry in its various specialties, with an emphasis on police, hospital, prison and social work chaplaincy. The program offers the skills to minister to people in need of spiritual and emotional help: those grieving the loss of a loved one, the terminally ill, prison inmates, and affected persons and their families, presenting God's love, comfort, and hope.
The courses are delivered online and in person and upon completion and approval, students receive their corresponding certification along with their ministry kit with the registered ID with a unique identification number, their badge and wallet, polo shirt, lapel pin, reflective vest, and a cap marked with the Chaplaincy legend for each graduate,
